In the case of a significant change to your tour before departure, you can either accept the change or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers booking our tours. Your insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of luggage and personal effects. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance at the time of booking to cover you in the event of cancellation.
You must provide us with the name of your insurer, policy number, and emergency contact number before tour departure. We reserve the right to cancel your participation in a tour if you do not have suitable travel insurance.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visas, permits, and vaccinations for the countries you will visit during your tour. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the duration of your tour. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa, or other travel documentation.
You agree to comply with the authority and decisions of our tour leaders and local representatives. If your conduct compromises the comfort or enjoyment of other travelers or staff, or contravenes local laws, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the tour without refund.
You must respect the customs, religions, and etiquette of the places you visit. You must act responsibly and with consideration for others throughout your tour.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or illness suffered by you or any other person, whether direct, consequential, special, or incidental, arising from your booking or participation in a tour, whether caused by our negligence or otherwise.
